We are social beings and meet our needs. We need each other and then we can make sure that our needs are met and we can do that if we can loves ourselves. From this position we can invite others to participate in our lives.

In daily life, many people survive by coping with something that does not fit into their streets and is determined by a limiting thunderstorm (Oil B. Bommel). The people who want to make something of their lives follow their dreams and transcend the many thinking frames. Explore situations, frustrations, blockages and learning experiences. We can practice with the words we use to express what we feel negative. I feel depressed, irritated, and imagine you accept what you feel and then the next step, “How it becomes that you feel what you feel?” Usually we do not want to feel what’s negative and are then in conflict with us self. Negative feelings can bring you to a higher level from awareness.

I discovered myself “as I sat on top of a hill” concentrating on what I felt and going back and forth between “thinking” and “finding words” in my mind, that I have the opportunity to do something about a Situation blocked. The moment I see what I can do, “Eureka” feels ecstatic. I can do ……. We can change our emotional patterns. To feel free to live ……… ..
