The power of your being. 

As you know, there is a taboo on having negative thoughts or feelings. It seems like something is wrong with you. You should let go of your feeling, your thoughts, your being in the now, break through by thinking positively, or bend it to the reality of the other’s thinking.

That feels like something is wrong with you. That nagging feeling of not doing it right undermines being able to be yourself. The outside world has a judgment about you and you feel that as a highly sensitive person. This top dog is constantly in your mind telling you what you should be like in the eyes or the smeared glasses of the other person.

In Gestalt we work with the pure awareness, of the different (reproachful) voices of parents, educators, better knowers in our heads. Awareness of developing the pain we feel. Not to be afraid of the physical feeling of emotional pain and to dive into it, right into it, to understand ourselves and then love ourselves. We were forced to use the avoidance of feeling to survive. We have blocked free expression in the hope of appreciation and we find that this does not match the more deeply felt spirit within ourselves.

Discover how to pay attention to our body, to all its little aches and pains, and try to associate an understanding. Our body talks to us; it’s trying to tell us something. Each of us is “dyadic” in our nature, that is, we both experience and respond to our experiences and thoughts. We actually have a relationship with ourselves.

For example, when you think, you are essentially talking to yourself.

If you cry and you feel that crying is wrong or weak, or you respond with indifference instead of empathy and love for yourself, you are actually increasing it original grief.

Wisdom. I mean you

What do you perceive, what do you feel, what do you hear, what do the experiences do to you?

Full intensity of emotion is not the primary goal. It is feeling and responding to the emotion. How do we receive ourselves and the others who make a difference!

It is important for anyone facing the deep pain to learn how we can respond immediately with understanding, compassion and an embrace of ourselves.

Relationship training, individual training or group training via video calling.

In the training we will disentangle the whole mess of emotions, feelings and thinking with pure awareness of the meaning in our life situation now, enter into a dialogue with the different parts of ourselves. We practice with dance, movement, expressing ourselves, meditation and reflecting on where we are without judging. Exploring and recognizing blockages. With deepened insight and understanding for ourselves in the old situation, this can be seen and flowed through in the here and now. Become your own master (es) and feel your own rhythm and cadence in contact or relationship. Tune in and move. Perceiving inwardly. Express appearance.

These training courses are only for people who want to discover, are willing to experience and want to reflect on what presents itself in the here and now. Whether you are a therapist and want to retrain at an experience level, a student or need extra inspiration.
